TRITON 1 Lisboa is a regular one-day triathlon offering 3 distances, SHORT, MIDDLE and LONG.

Each distance offers an overall competition, an age-group competition, and by gender competition, and, a relay / corporate competition, taking place  in the SHORT distance. 

HOW TO RACE TRITON 1 LISBOA 

You have 3 distance to choose from individually and a teams / relay division (corporate competition). Each distance is a separate competitions, with overall qualification, by competition gender and by age-group.

First step is to decide if you want to race individually or as a corporate team (corporate teams race the SHORT distance only).

The second step is to select the distance you want to do:

• SHORT – 600 m swim, 21.50 k bike, 5 k run
• MIDDLE – 1.2 k swim, 42.50 k bike, 10 k run
• FULL – 1.8 k swim, 85.25k bike, 20 k run

After that, you fill out the registration form selecting the competition you want, your gender and age-group. 

SPECIAL RACE – KIDS & PARENTS 

A family team fun challenge where kids and parents race side by side from start to finish. Special swim gear, such as fins or buoys are permitted. This is a non competitive event with the purpose of giving kids and parents the experience of racing together as a team.

6 – 8 years old: 100 m swim – 500 m run

9 – 11 years old: 200 m swim – 700 m run 

12 – 14 years old 400 m swim – 1.000 run 

NOTE: final kids age divisions is subject to number and age of participants.
